Men’s Life

Mens Life Is Starting Up Again!
This fall season, our tenth at FPC-Kingwood, will focus on the Wisdom of a Man: from whence comes the wisdom men need to navigate life, how do we use that wisdom with our current life, and how do we pass on that wisdom to the next generation.  If you are a young man, father, husband and need to get a handle on how to be the best you can be, join us!  If you are a mature man who can share the wisdom of your years (and tell the young guys what NOT to do), join us!  Hot coffee will be ready and a light breakfast available.  Questions?   Mark Smith  at [email protected]

Other Opportunities for Men include:
Bible Study for the Working Man: Thursday mornings at 6:45 in the conference room.  Please contact David Hemphill for more information, or come join us this Thursday or email [email protected].

Retired Men’s Discussion Group:Are you retired and looking for a great way to grow in your faith, build relationships and have a weekly time of prayer, study and fellowship?  We meet every Thursday from 10:30am – 12pm in the Conference Room and always go out for lunch after the Bible study.  This group is open to any retired men in the church and their friends.   We have a lively conversation about the Bible, and typically choose a whole book of the Bible to study at a time.  In the past, we have studied, Isaiah, Joshua, Genesis, Exodus, Acts and most recently Hebrews.  If you are interested in joining this group, come to the main office area on Thursday and join us, or email Pastor Mark at [email protected].  Pastor Mark facilitates the discussion.
